How Zordev works
Five steps. At each one you know what happens, what I need from you, what you get, and how long it takes.

Discover
1–3 days
- What happens
- A 20-minute call and a short brief about your goals, audience and deadline.
- What I need from you
- Your goals, examples you like, any existing site or brand files.
- What you get
- An honest view of whether I'm the right fit, plus a rough budget and timeline.
- Step 02
Scope
2–5 days
- What happens
- Sitemap or feature list, timeline and a fixed price for the agreed scope.
- What I need from you
- Feedback on the scope and sign-off.
- What you get
- A written proposal. Later changes are quoted before any work starts.
- Step 03
Design
1–2 weeks
- What happens
- Wireframes, then visual direction, with approval points before building.
- What I need from you
- Content, logo and feedback within the agreed review window.
- What you get
- Designs for key pages on desktop and mobile.
- Step 04
Build
1–5 weeks
- What happens
- Development on a private staging link you can open any time.
- What I need from you
- Quick answers to questions and testing on your own devices.
- What you get
- A written update and a staging link every week.
- Step 05
Launch & support
2–3 days, then 30 days
- What happens
- Testing, launch on your domain, and handover of code and accounts.
- What I need from you
- Final approval and access to your domain.
- What you get
- A live site you fully own, a short guide, and 30 days of bug fixes.
Working style
How we'll work together
Communication
Email by default, Slack or WhatsApp if you prefer. You always talk to the developer doing the work.
Updates
A written update and a staging link every week, so you never have to chase progress.
Time zones
Based in Dhaka (GMT+6). Calls run 10 PM–4 AM Dhaka time: the US working day, and UK and EU afternoons.
Focus
I take on one project at a time, so yours gets my full attention until it ships.
Ownership
The code, domain and every account are yours from day one, and handed over in full at the end.
